Experience a fun, educational, and delectable Food and Wine pairing class with our in-house sommeliers Victoria and Carol. Twelve exquisite savory and sweet food items will be paired with six wines of which two with Wine Spectator ratings 90+points

Domaine de la Forêt, a Dry Rosé, Cinsault and Grenache from Méditerranée, France. Pair with Salad, Grilled Meat, and Fruity Macarons

Novellum, a Dry White, Chardonnay from Roussillon, France. Pair with White Meat, Quiches, Shellfish and Fruit Tarts

La Velona, Rosso di Montalcino WS 92 pts, a Dry Red, Sangiovese from Tuscany, Italy. Pair with  Meat, Pasta, and Berries

Terrasses du Frigoulet- WS 90 pts, a Dry Red Carignan, Grenache, and Mourvedère from the Rhône valley, France.  Pair with Red Meat, Lamb and Dark Chocolate.

Pinot Rosé Brut, a dry Sparkling Rosé Pinot Noir from Veneto, Italy. Pair with Appetizers, Fish, and Sorbets

Foehn- a sweet white, Petit & Gros Manseng from Jurançon, France. Pair with Foie Gras, Dry Fruit, and Spicy Cheeses
