January’s Food & Wine Pairing

Experience a fun, educational, and delectable Food and Wine pairing class with our in-house sommelier Victoria. Twelve exquisite savory and sweet food items will be paired with six wines of which two with Wine Spectator ratings 90+points

Lugana, a Dry White, Trebbiano from Lugana – Lombardy, Italy. Pair with Shellfish, Seafood, Pasta and Risotto

Franc Beauséjour, a Dry White, Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux, France. Pair with Fish and Salmon Salad

Chianti Classico Tenuta di Capraia – WS 90 pts, a Dry Red Sangiovese, Chianti from Tuscany, Italy. Pair with grilled White Meat, Pasta, tomato and berries

Château La Cardonne 2009 – WS 92 pts – a Dry Red Cabernet, Merlot from Bordeaux, France.  Pair with Red Meat, Pork, Chocolate, and Berries.

Willm Blanc de Blancs, a Sparkling white Riesling-Pinot Gris-Pinot Blanc- Gewürztraminer from Alsace, France. Pair with Appetizers, Berries, almond pastry

Moscato Montebello – a sweet white fizzy Moscato from Oltrepo Pavese, Italy. Pair with Biscuits, Fruit Salads, and Sponge cakes
