You all are probably still in a food coma, and the last thing you want to think about is eating again. Well, we all know statements like “I’m never eating again” are BS. We, however, know for a fact that you will be potato couching all weekend, probably indulging in an unhealthy dose of Netflix (not judging). Soooo, we thought it would be the perfect time to introduce our new series: Movies & Macarons.
Movies usually go hand in hand with popcorn, but we like to be extra over here. The concept is simple, just like our wine pairing series, except instead of pairing food and wine, we will be pairing food (or drinks) and movies (or series).

If you have never watched the movie, let me tell you that you will definitely be craving macarons. So do yourself a favor and get a box of Parisian macarons before you press play!
Any episode of Scandal + Red wine and Popcorn
If you have watched Scandal, you know Olivia Pope’s questionably healthy dinner habit of having a popcorn bag for main course + dessert, with a bottle of red wine as a drink. Seriously, if you haven’t tried it, it is actually surprisingly nice (especially if watching the show). Except, you might actually need to eat a real meal after!
Julie & Julia + Chocolate cake
Let’s not lie, if you are watching this movie, chances are you will be craving everything. Seriously! However, we decided to pair it with a rich Carré Three Layers Chocolate because it is just so satisfying.
